The “Consorzio Produttori Olio delle Colline Pisane” promotes and markets Olive Oil using the label “PRIVILEGE” as a certification of Tuscan IGP. Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced over the hills of the province of Pisa is one of most important food of this area. For over 2,000 years, olive groves has been the main source of farming.

“PRIVILEGE” is offered in five varieties: fruity delicate, medium, fruity intense,  monocultivar and organic.
