Nearby towns of Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, ghost town of Toiano, the Chianti region, the Tuscan coast, beaches, surf (yes, there is surf in Italy) and other regional towns.

Wi Fi internet, private swimming pool, shaded outdoor dining, outdoor BBQ grill, a/c in all bedrooms kitchen living rooms etc, dishwasher, large 2-door stainless steel reach-in refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, gated driveway with ample parking. House is disinfected before and after each guest group, with 2 days break in between guest groups. Depending on the length of your stay, usually one person comes to the house to clean the pool and take away trash/recycling, however you may choose to NOT have anyone come during your stay if you prefer, and handling those tasks yourselves (we would give you instructions).
