The family-run “Barcarelli ecological farm” is located in the province of Pisa (Tuscany), in the municipality of Palaia on 12.5 hectares of land in a beautiful position in the south-west, with a landscaped terrace area. The composition of the soil – limestone, sand and clay – is ideal for growing the olive tree according to ancient traditions.
The Company has the certification of the Tuscany Region (ANAPOO stands for National Association of Professional Olive Oil Tasters, based in San Casciano -Florence) .
