“IL PETTIROSSO”  RESTAURANT – PIZZERIA 

In the province of Pisa, in Palaia, “Il Pettirosso Restaurant Pizzeria” offers typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Since 1962 this restaurant is a meeting point for all gourmets who love to savor the best dishes of the Tuscan tradition with appetizers, first and second courses, in an explosion of aromas and flavors. You can sit in the comfortable internal rooms or on the panoramic terrace where you can admire one of the most evocative landscapes of Valdera, perhaps enjoying one of the fragrant pizzas cooked in a wood oven and listening to the singing of the “Robin”, one of the most graceful birds, from which the reasturant got its name. “Il Pettirosso” follows the seasonality of the ingredients, therefore during the autumn, for example, the kitchen produces delicious fragrant dishes rich in porcini mushrooms and truffles.
